Meet Caroline! UPDATED

Hello!  My name is Caroline Abbott.  I am nine years old  and I have to tell you right now that I may be the star of the show but I am very shy.  Now for my Likes and dislikes...........

Likes: Food, Boating, Dancing, Crafts, Ipads, cellphones, Ipods, TVs and Stereos (Yes I am a BIG electronic fan:)

Dislikes: Cars, People asking her lots of questions, sports and scary movies 

Also, I was adopted in November 2012 from the AG (American Girl)  Place Chicago.

I made a mistake!

So whenever I publish my post no one reads it for days.  So when I make a mistake everyone reads it before I can draft it.  I apologize for the mistake of not putting Caroline's dislikes in the post.  But I will fix the post as soon as I can.

Camp Doll Diaries Cafe is open for business!  Caption that doll picture by Midnight June 27 Eastern.  The caption I like best will be posted on Monday, July 1 around 3:00 Eastern.  This photo is also my entry for a photo contest dolldiaries.com is doing for Camp.  In this photo I had to have:

Caroline's New Hairstyle!

Today I was looking at americangirlfan.com and Caroline saw me looking at a new hairstyle that Liz came up with (she is so creative) and begged me to try it out on her.

So we headed to the doll hair salon

So what I would recomend doing first is pulling your dolls hair back into a very loose ponytail like this.....

leaving a loose strand of hair out of the ponytail on each side like this

then take the strands and pull them back and tie them together like you would a shoelace.

then repeat!

your done!  We also added our crown that Liz showed us how to make.

also due to Memoriel Day there won't be any more posts this weekend.

Q 1. What was the hardest photography shoot you've ever set up?


A hmmmmmmm well Alyssa's was pretty hard and Kailey's was hard because it was my first one.




Q 2. Did you dye Emma's hair or did it come that way?



A It actually came that way!  And I really like it!  (did you also notice that her nails are painted?).




Q 3. Which American Girl is your favorite and why?



A I love all of them but a few of my favorites are: Caroline, Felicity, Rebecca, Addy and Julie.




Q 4. When are you going to make another movie?


A I am actually making one right now (it is a music video) but it will take a long time.

2013 Camp Doll Diaries!!

Last summer Doll Diaries did  The 100 Days Of Doll Play With a new craft every day (unfortunally I didn't find out about it until it was almost over)  but this year I am Ready!  So this Summer Doll Diaries is doing.............................

My Doll Phtography

I have loved photography for a long time.  But my favorite thing to take pictures of are dolls!  That is part of the reason I started  this blog so I can share my love of photography and dolls with others!  so today I just wanted to share with you some of my favorite pictures I have taken.

So I hope you have enjoyed these photos and Yes, I know Emma is in most of the photos but she makes a really good model.

I know I said I was going to quit but I have decided to come back and I don't care WHO reads it.  There will be lots of good posts coming up soon!
