Alyssa's Photoshoot

Alyssa has been feeling a bit left out lately what with the arrival of Mikey and Caroline. She begged me to do a photo shoot of her today but we couldn't go outside because it has been very cold and I haven't been feeling well so we had to do some window pictures.

Alyssa is my VERY first 18" doll.  She used to have long hair but then we cut it.

so then we began the process of getting her ready

She put on her favorite outfit

and then we went to the hair salon

here is what  her hair looked liked before we started

I put a little water on her hair and started brushing the tangles

And then I did this cute little braid on one side of her head

This is what her hair looked like after

Now she is ready to go

Meet Mikey Merriman!

Mikey is six years old and is in 1st grade.

Say goodbye to McKenna and hello to Saige! Saige has to be one of the cutest dolls ever! To me she looks like a cross between Nicki and Felicity (see pics below)



                           

I also love Saige's collection but I think the prices are outragous!I mean $34.00 for a doll outfit!I was going to get Saige's Sweater Outfit but I think I'll wait. Anyway here is Saige's beautiful collection.


I LOVE all of this I will most likely get one item out of this gorgeous collection.

Doll Photo Story

I have discovered my new favorite way to play dolls is to act out a scene 10-15 min. long and then act out another and another so I thought I would show you one of my scenes.

Siara: "We've been driving for a long time. Are we almost there?"
she asked.
Caroline: "Uh yeah we are almost there." she said in a nervous voice.
Siara: Hey that tree over there looks familiar. And I thought we saw
that bush not to long ago."
Caroline: "You're right."
Siara: "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
Caroline: "Yep we're going in circles."

My cat wanted to join in to.

Siara and Caroline get out of the car.
Caroline: "Look there's a dog over there"
Siara: "Oh I see it to. It looks like it's shivering."
Caroline: "Here puppy."

Caroline: "awwwww he's so cute. Let's
get him in the car to get warm."

Siara: "Hey who is that."
Caroline: "I don't know."
Felicity: "Toasty!"
Caroline: "Who are you?"
Felicity: "I'm Felicity Toasty's owner."

But now the girls had another problem
their car was broken and they were stranded.


Felicity: "Why don't you come back to my house. We
can have Hot Cocoa and I can tell you how to get home and
fix your car."

Caroline and Siara: "Okay!"


So Felicity pushed the car back to her house.

And then they had a Hot Chocolate party.
